Since its earliest conception in 2012, One West Main has been a key part of downtown Medford Oregon's downtown revitalization efforts.

Financed by the three regional companies and Medford's urban-renewal agency, One West Main has quickly established itself as an exciting commercial and retail hub. More than 200 people work in the building every day. 

During the build, one of the main design challenges was to enclose three sides of the existing parking structure with a four-story office building, while keeping public and employee parking intact. 

The resulting design included common spaces for three office floors, extensive roof terraces, and tenant improvements for the building’s lobby.
