The Vineyards at Stage Pass

The Vineyards at Stage Pass, the first phase of estate lots, is a private gated enclave of ten homesites ranging from 2.3 to 3.2 acres. This includes one model home completed in 2019.

All utilities are stubbed to lots and ready for home construction, with lots priced between $425,000 and $599,000. Currently, more than half the lots have been sold. 

Three of the lots incorporate the vineyard as part of the homesites, making The Vineyards at Stage Pass one of only a few master-planned developments in Oregon that features residential homesites integrated into a commercial vineyard.
